High Tea

We took our mumsy for a special surprise high tea outing at The Bon Bonerie Cafe in Cincy while my parents were in town. Kudos to my dad for being a good sport in a room full of women drinking tea and eating fancy looking sweets. The place is so magical! Can’t wait to go back (esp for their quiche which was amazing!). The location is the perfect spot for brunch with your girlfriends or a special day with your own mumsy!

It’s official…I’m dunzo with college I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati on Saturday June 11th (yay!) with a B.a and B.s in Communication and Mass Media. Our house was turned upside down with all the crazy family activity going on around that time. My parents came in from Nevis and our cousins, aunt and uncle came in from Philly. My dad’s close buddy from med school joined the festivities also. Here are a few pics from that day:

I was a part of a volunteer team which helped build a shelter/shade structure for the Salvation Army located on Warsaw Avenue in Cincinnati on Saturday May 14th. We built flower boxes, corn hole boxes and planted flowers for the playground area as well. Go! Cincinnati is part of a city wide outreach which is led by Crossroads Community Church.
